韓國傳統糖餅（約10個）


預備材料: 

韓國傳統糖餅DIY材料 1包

凍水 120ml

熱水 60ml



1. 整麵團先，可用紙杯當量杯，倒2/3杯凍水，1/3杯熱水

(凍水120ml, 熱水60ml)

2. 將速溶酵母倒落隻碟，再將啱啱杯水倒落去撈混

3. 之後倒包糖餅混合粉落去，搞圴佢再搓成麵團

4. 將個麵團靜置5-10分鐘後，個麵團就會脹大1/3倍左右

5. 然後用另一隻碟，將糖餅陷倒出嚟

6. 將雙手先搽一層薄薄嘅油，拎一個乒乓波左右大嘅麵團，放掌心壓平，包大半湯匙左右糖餅陷入去，再封實佢，壓返平個麵團

7. 喺平底鑊度落小小油，放個包咗陷嘅麵團入去，用中火煎2分鐘，反轉再煎多2分鐘左右就完成㗎喇
