How to Place an Order
Add the desired products to your shopping cart
Click “Checkout”
Select your delivery method (In-store pickup / SF Express delivery, etc.)
Choose your payment method:
HSBC Bank Transfer
FPS
Alipay
PayMe
Octopus App
Credit Card
Click “Proceed to Checkout”
Fill in your personal details. If delivery is selected, please provide a complete shipping address
Click “Submit Order”
A confirmation email will be sent automatically for record purposes
Important: Payment should only be made after the order status is shown as “Order Confirmed.”
Order Confirmation & Amendments
After submitting an order, both Stage One and the customer will receive the order details
Orders are considered officially confirmed only after full payment is received
Orders may be cancelled or amended freely before payment
Once payment is completed, our Korea purchasing team will proceed immediately, and no changes or cancellations will be accepted
If order amendments are requested due to personal reasons, handling fees will apply regardless of purchase status
Once an item has been successfully ordered from Korea, no changes or cancellations will be accepted under any circumstances

Complete payment after submitting the order
Upload the payment receipt or screenshot to the order message section
Our customer service team will verify during business hours and update the order status to “Paid” and “Confirmed”
Octopus App / TAP & GO / Alipay / PayMe
Scan the QR code via the designated app to complete payment
Upload the payment screenshot to the order message section
After verification, the order status will be updated to “Paid” and “Confirmed”
PayMe App / Credit Card
Payment will be processed automatically upon order submission
The order will display as “Paid” immediately
Our team will confirm and update the order status to “Confirmed” during business hours
Pickup & Delivery
In-Store Pickup
All product prices include shipping from Korea to the Stage One Tsim Sha Tsui store
No additional local shipping fees apply for in-store pickup
Items must be collected within 2 months after arrival
Orders not collected within the specified period will be automatically cancelled without refund
For special circumstances, please contact us before the deadline to request an extension
Delivery
Orders will be shipped only after all items in the order have arrived
Once shipped, a tracking number and delivery details will be provided

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: How long does payment confirmation take?
A: Our customer service hours are 11:45–19:30. Payments made outside business hours will usually be processed the following day. If no response is received within 24 hours, please contact us directly.
Q: How do I know if an item is in stock?
A: Products marked as “Pre-order required” will be purchased from Korea after payment. Items without this label are in-stock in Hong Kong.
Q: When will my order be shipped after payment?
A: If any item in the order is a pre-order item, shipment will be arranged only after the full order is complete. For in-stock items only, in-store pickup or shipment will be arranged within 1–2 working days.
Q: Will I be notified after shipment?
A: Yes. A notification email with the tracking number will be sent once the shipment is arranged.
Q: Can I purchase directly at the store?
A: Yes. A limited selection of in-stock items is available at our store. Customers are welcome to visit.
Q: Are pre-ordered items guaranteed?
A: Not guaranteed. In case of out-of-stock or restocking delays in Korea, we will contact the customer to arrange a refund or alternative.
Q: Did not receive the order confirmation email?
A: Please check your spam or junk folder first. If not found, contact our customer service for verification and re-sending.
Q: Can I notify payment via other channels?
A: Yes. You may contact us via WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram with your payment proof and order details.
Please note: Payments noted only in bank remarks without notifying our team will not be automatically confirmed.
Q: What is the pickup deadline for in-store orders?
A: Items must be collected within 2 months after arrival. Orders not collected within this period and without an approved extension will not be refunded, and Stage One will not bear any responsibility.
