Member Exclusive: Shopping Credit Reward Program

Members-Only: Shopping Credit Reward Program

The Shopping Credit Reward Program is an exclusive benefit for registered members of the Stage One website. Members must be logged in at checkout in order to earn shopping credits.
For each order, HK$1 in shopping credit will be awarded for every HK$100 of the final payable amount, calculated on a cumulative basis.
Shopping credits may only be used on the next order with a minimum purchase of HK$100, and must be redeemed on this website within the validity period.
Shopping credits are valid for 60 days from the date of issuance.
Shopping credits will be automatically credited to the member’s account within 5 working days after the order has been shipped or after in-store pickup has been completed. Members who have enabled email notifications will receive an email confirmation accordingly.
This Shopping Credit Reward Program is applicable to orders with delivery addresses within Hong Kong only.
The Final Payable Amount is calculated as follows:
Order Subtotal
− Value of designated products excluded from this program
− Any applied discounts or shopping credits
= Final Payable Amount

Shopping credits cannot be exchanged for cash, nor redeemed for any other gifts or benefits.
Shopping credits are non-transferable, may not be shared between accounts, and may not be assigned or provided to any third party.
Expired or unused shopping credits will be automatically forfeited and will not be reissued, refunded, or reinstated under any circumstances.
If an order is cancelled due to product discontinuation or other reasons, any shopping credits applied to that order will be returned to the member’s account.
This Shopping Credit Reward Program will take effect on 1 January 2025, and these Terms and Conditions shall be effective from the same date.
In the event of any dispute, Stage One reserves the right of final decision.
