Return Policy

Purchasing Service Terms & Order Guidelines

Stage One provides a purchasing agent service.
Upon order confirmation, products will be purchased directly from Korea and arranged for delivery to Hong Kong.

Due to the nature of a purchasing service, all products are non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable once purchased, and no warranty or after-sales service is provided.

For fashion items, footwear, and related products, returns or exchanges will not be accepted due to sizing issues, personal preference, or subjective reasons.
Customers are advised to carefully assess and accept all associated risks before confirming their orders.

Order Guidelines

  • Estimated ordering and delivery times are stated on each product page. These timelines are general estimates only and may vary depending on brand fulfillment schedules. Customers are kindly requested to avoid premature order status inquiries.
  • Once an order status is marked as “Confirmed”, the Korean purchasing team will immediately place the order. No modifications or cancellations will be accepted thereafter.
  • If an order modification is requested due to personal reasons, an administrative fee of HK$40 or 5% of the total order amount (whichever is higher) will apply, regardless of whether the product has been ordered.
    If the product has already been purchased, no changes or cancellations will be permitted.
  • All items within the same order will be shipped together once fully received. Customers requiring split shipments must place separate orders.
  • Customers will be notified via email once the goods arrive in Hong Kong or have been dispatched. For shipped orders, a tracking number will be provided in the dispatch notification email.
  • All purchasing service items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Color variations, sizing discrepancies, or measurement differences do not constitute valid reasons for return or exchange. All related risks are borne by the customer.
  • Subjective assessments of brand quality or product condition do not qualify as reasons for return or exchange. All products are supplied without warranty.
  • Customers must refer to care labels before washing garments. Any issues arising from washing, including color fading, shrinkage, or deformation, are not the responsibility of Stage One.
    Once an item has been washed, no return or exchange will be accepted under any circumstances.
  • Minor imperfections such as packaging damage, loose threads, asymmetry, creases, or adhesive marks are considered acceptable industry standards provided they do not affect normal use or wear, and are not grounds for exchange.
  • Product pricing is fixed based on the price at the time of order placement. After order confirmation, no price adjustments will be made, regardless of brand price changes or promotional activities during the procurement or delivery period.
  • In the event of brand stock shortages, restocking delays, or other uncontrollable circumstances, Stage One will proactively contact the customer to arrange order cancellation or modification where applicable.
